The training programme has been designed to modernise CEGID’s approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by replacing traditional presentation-based formats with a more engaging and interactive digital learning experience. The solution is structured into three dedicated learning paths covering disability, equality and diversity. Each pathway provides a progressive and focused approach, allowing learners to explore each topic in depth while maintaining clarity and coherence across the overall programme. Interactive content plays a central role in enhancing learner engagement.
